Consultancy
Targeted Solutions Limited. offer broad ranging consultancy services to the owners, directors and staff of UK businesses. Our particular focus is dealing with change… whether it is planned for or not! We are particularly interested in working with smaller organisations who want to grow and medium sized businesses that need help with the stress of implementation. We can offer a "one stop shop" for busy business people... no need to trawl through the Internet, Yellow Pages or local adverts to find what you need... we can cover it all.
UK Based
Our consultants are all based in the UK with the highest concentration in the South East of England.
Experienced
All of us have considerable work and life experience. Grey or missing hair is not unusual among our ranks! Some of us are university educated, some are not, but what we have in common is a passion for business. We know all the buzzwords (many of us have played "buzzword bingo" in our corporate lives - see K-Bank section) but we prefer to rely on simplicity, straight talking and common sense.
We have worked for many different organisations of all shapes and sizes from small charities to some of the largest organisations in the world. We know what works and what doesn't. We can bring this knowledge and experience to bear on your business needs.
Balanced
We all have lives outside work and we often use these experiences to pep up and illustrate learning points (one of us is even a fully qualified ski performance coach and sports psychologist!) so we can enjoy discussing things which are not all work,work,work for example Sports (Golf, Rugby, Football, Skiing, Paragliding,) Music (Live, listening and playing…badly) Food and Drink (all types) Gadgets (mainly the boys) Films, theatre and opera, Reading (anything interesting), TV.
