| Stategic Importance |
 |
At the start of each section you are asked to score the
level of importance of this section, both now and in the future, to your
business. Bert calls this the "Strategic Importance" score, where;
1 means "Not important", 3 means "Important" and 5 means "Essential"
|
 |
 |
 |
| Statements |
 |
In each section there are a number of statements. For each
statement we ask you to score how well this statement applies to your business.
Bert calls this the "Statements" score.
1 means "No, not at all", 3 means "Sometimes" and 5 means "Yes, always"
You can use the 2 and 4 scores to hedge your bets!
And that's all there is to it!

 |
| Passes |
 |
| We use a system of "Passes" which allocate you a number when
you start. This means that you can come back to your answers at any time if you
can't manage to complete them first time. If you forget your pass number, just
use the tool on the left side of this page and we'll send it to you. You can also
download the questionnaire in .pdf format if you want to take it away
to think about.

| Report |
 |
| Once Bert has your answers he will prepare a report for you
to read online.
